FAST S.p.A: the data collection expertise applied to traceability systems development.

FAST applies its know-how and expertise in process data collection to design traceability solutions, allowing our customers to meet the obligations of the law and to optimize the production too.

FAST, through MES software, supplies all the information necessary to production optimization. Using the data collected in real time directly from the production process, FAST system manages the factory activities, executes the planned production, reacts to the events and supplies information immediately.

All the information managed through MES systems are available on the Intranet. The authorized operator, using a simple browser (i. e. Internet Explorer), can approach from whichever PC data regarding the suppliers, the products, the stocks, the customers etc..

SAFE TRACK
Software package realized in order to meet the obligations of the regulation CE N. 178/2002 and in order to manage with safety and efficiency the alimentary emergencies.

TRANSPARENT TRACK
Suite of modular applications used to track processes, to manage warehouses and to optimize logistic operations. It contains a “WEB” module in order to render the data on the traceability available and transparent through the Internet.

ON DEMAND SOLUTIONS
FAST customizes basic modules and plans custom solutions in order to satisfy the specifications of a particular production process.
